Why learn from me
I’ve Been Exactly Where You Are

I remember graduating with an engineering degree feeling excited— but also completely unsure of what came next. I had the technical knowledge, but no one had taught me how to stand out, interview well, or build a career in engineering.
Over the last 9+ years, I’ve built a career across controls engineering, automation, and technical sales, working alongside engineers on projects involving aerospace, robotics, advanced manufacturing, medical devices, and industrial automation. Along the way, I’ve learned what separates candidates who simply apply from those who get interviews and offers.
Unlike many career coaches, I still work in engineering every day. The advice I give comes from real conversations with engineers, hiring teams, manufacturers, and technical leaders—not outdated hiring advice or generic résumé templates.
My mission is simple: help engineering students, recent grads and engineering professionals bridge the gap between the classroom and the real world so they can launch their careers with confidence.
